All posters will be displayed digitally on Smart Boards across the conference venue. Therefore, kindly use the attached template to prepare your posters and submit them to us on or before 17th August 2026 by replying to this email. Please submit your posters in both .pptx and .pdf formats.

The Scientific Committee will select the top five (5) posters for a grand presentation, tentatively scheduled on day 1 of the conference. Selected presenters will be personally invited via email. Please ensure that you are officially registered by 15th August 2026 for the poster abstracts to remain in the proceedings.

Poster Presentation

Is it necessary to follow the template strictly, including the design?

The poster template is meant for reference to ensure visibility when displayed. However, you may adjust it accordingly to fit your requirements. We recommend standardising the design, but it is not compulsory.

Is there any template for a case report poster?

You may adjust the headings accordingly to accommodate your case report, i.e., renaming the Methods & Results sections to Case presentation, etc.
