Time Allocation

Each presenter is allocated a strict 10-minute slot: 7 minutes to deliver your work and 3 minutes for questions from the judging panel. Timekeeping is enforced to keep the session fair and on schedule, so rehearse to finish comfortably within 7 minutes. Aim for clarity over completeness as judges reward a focused, well-communicated story more than a slide crammed with detail.

AV Setup

A laptop, projector, and slide advancer will be provided. Arrive at your session room 15 minutes early to load and test your slides.
